BPortal is now available in IdentySoft! BPortal is a standard module of IdentySoft

BPortal allows you to book hours on projects, sub-projects or clients and projects, and an activity.
The bookings are online, so all overviews are up to date at any time of the day.
It is no longer possible to postpone additional hours once a project or a month has been completed. That is very convenient.
The booked hours can easily be sent to your ERP package via a web service. The employees are of course from your HR package.
The employee reports to the terminal, using PIN code, fingerprint and/or face. This technology allows the employee to book only on current projects, which he is allowed to book on, and only the activities that he can perform.

So: never again wrong bookings on closed projects or bookings on wrong projects or wrong activities.
