Every month there is a new release of our EasySecure Cloud platform and every month we add new features to your software environment. Read on below to learn more about the new functionalities in the software.If there are any questions regarding this update we are happy to help you!

In this release....

QR Code

As of this release, it is possible to generate a QR code for access control, time and attendance registration. A QR code can be sent via email at the touch of a button.

The QR code can be placed (directly from the cell phone or printed on paper) in front of the camera of our X-Station 2 or BioStation 3. Of course, it is possible to customize the text of the sent e-mail as desired. This makes it possible to send employees and/or visitors a personalized invitation for contactless access to the location.

Furthermore, the QR code functionality is also available in our open API. This makes it possible to easily incorporate the QR code into third-party apps or software.

Dyflexis Integration

Dyflexis is the complete Workforce Management System for optimal staffing, error-free timekeeping and clear reporting. Includes app for iOS and Android.

For years it has been possible to easily link our access control solutions to Dyflexis software. From this release it is also possible to use our time attendance clocks for registration within Dyflexis!

For example, it is possible to register using a QR code, cell phone, card, code or biometrics. The registered working hours are automatically forwarded to Dyflexis for further processing.

As of our November release, iLOQ's hardware is also available in our cloud platform!
