September 2005

The start of  EasySecure

Founder Werner Roest, an avid runner, came across a finger scan at a local video store. The idea for simple and personal registration was born.

No more running with a bunch of keys in your pocket, no more lost cards and no more passed access codes.

Together with Evert Hazelhoff and Daan Kalkman, EasySecure starts with a big challenge: the development of future-oriented access control and identity management.

March 2006
First release - EasySecure

Personalised registration only really adds value with a user-friendly software platform.

Our first web-based platform for access control, time registration and attendance is born.
April 2006
Distributor & Integrator of Suprema

Suprema is a leading global provider of solutions for access control, time recording and biometric applications. EasySecure has been an official distributor and integrator since 2006.

All techniques are included in the proprietary EasySecure platform. Registration with card, code, finger scan and face recognition is now possible.

August 2009
EasySecure Cloud

In 2009, we say goodbye to our local platform and move our software completely to the cloud.

Role-based, scalable, secure and easy to integrate with third parties.

There are now more than 20 standard integrations available with HR packages and software for planning and remuneration, and the first large retail organisations are using our solution.
January 2017

EasySecure grows and expands

2,500 organisations now work with our software every day.

The platform is growing and our team is expanding. In addition to our location in Rotterdam, we are also opening an office in Düsseldorf.
April 2020
🚀 launch platform

Launch of our third generation software

A new version has been released. Several product lines have been included in our platform. DOM Security's high-quality wireless door handles, cylinders and lockers have also been included in the software, and we work with Axis products for license plate registration.

Our focus is mainly on innovation through the use of cloud software, integration, biometrics, mobile and wireless applications. We continuously invest in the latest technologies and highest quality.

February 2022

Further growth


Every day, we work with an enthusiastic team of 30 people on the further success of our platform.

Every month there is a new update and we add new innovations to the software.

We now support the OSS protocol. This makes our platform completely hardware independent. Our software is compatible with hardware from Suprema, DOM, Axis, Dormakaba, ASSA ABLOY, Uhlmann & Zacher and many more.

Privacy and security are also very important to us. For this reason, we have recently obtained ISO 27001 and Data Pro certification.

Meanwhile, 7,000 organisations are using our solution and the number of possible integrations has grown to 100.
