Every month there is a new release of our EasySecure Cloud platform and every month we add new features to your software environment. The software is also reviewed every month by our external quality assurance and security parties.

A new look and feel to start 2023 off right!‍

More and more environments have now migrated to our new look and feel. Within weeks, the new layout will be the standard for all EasySecure.cloud users!

Nupian Integration

As of this release, integration is available between Nupian and the EasySecure Cloud platform. Synchronise employee and customer data between Nupian and EasySecure. There is never double entry again and access control and time registration can be linked at the touch of a button.

Booking Experts Integration

With theEasySecure - Booking Experts integration, you offer guests contactless access to the holiday park, booked holiday home and park facilities without guests having to visit reception.

EasySecure Mobile API

New features are available in our new API for mobile key retrieval, giving and withdrawing GDPR consent, sending in a selfie and adding license plates, among others. We expect to release our brand new EasySecure App in a month's time!

Various bug fixes, UI improvements and security updates.

Look &Feel 2023

Managing access control, time registration, attendance and visitor management should not and must not be a time-consuming task.

We believe in simple and intuitive software that allows you to determine who can enter where and when, to see who has been in and out, and to have all necessary reports and integrations at your fingertips at the push of a button.

But the eye also demands something! In this release, we proudly launch the new look and feel of our cloud platform.

Step by step, we will automatically switch environments to the new look and feel.

Nupian is an Augsburg-based software company with a focus on user-centric online solutions. Nupian develops administration and event applications for municipalities and nurseries to make their work processes simpler, more flexible and time-saving. User-friendly processes are paramount at Nupian.

As of this release, integration is available between Nupian and the EasySecure Cloud platform. Synchronise employee and customer data between Nupian and EasySecure.There is never double entry again and access control and time registration can be linked at the push of a button.

The recorded working hours are automatically sent back to Nupian for further processing.

With the EasySecure - Booking Experts integration, you offer guests contactless accessto the holiday park, booked holiday home and park facilities without guests having to visit reception.

Organise this easily, automatically for the of the guest, send the guest a mobile card, unique pin or QR code, provide access using the guest's car registration number or provide access using the guest's unique face.

In the latter case, a personal photo/selfie of the guest is converted into a secure face template. The guest can easily organise this himself from the My environment, no more spending passes, bands or codes and also no unwanted or non-paying guests within the park and facilities.

This form of granting access guarantees the ultimate guest experience. For example, guests can already go swimming or use other facilities until holiday home is ready.

In this release, we have added several small points in preparation for the new season. For example, from now on it is possible to link a standard access group for the swimming pool or play paradise and it is possible to link several accommodations directly to our access control.
