The new Suprema XPass 2 reader is now available from EasySecure. The new addition of IP readers offers extensive possibilities.

The XPass 2 readers are compact IP-based RFID readers with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), NFC, dual-frequency RFID and a robust IP67 / IK08 structure. These new IP readers are compatible with 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz RF cards including EM, MIFARE (plus), DESFire (EV1) and FeliCa standards. In addition, all card readers support BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and NFC signals, thus supporting most Android smartphones and iPhone models.

The XPass 2 is available in 3 models to meet different project requirements and installation environments. The XP2-MDB is made for frame mounting and the XP2-GDB and XP2-GKDB models have a gang box format. The XP2-GKDB model comes with a code table to support the combination of card, mobile and PIN code. For reliable operation under dynamic installation environments, all XPass 2 readers have a robust structure with industry-leading weatherproof IP67 and IK08 vandalism-resistant certifications. In addition, XPass 2 readers offer extra durability under extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to 65°C.
