Customer-friendly visitor registration is extremely important. After all, a visitor to your organisation can only make a first impression once.

The registration form on the counter is currently standard, but not very friendly for your visitors. Immediately upon entering, your guest must manually write down data, which is almost always already known.

In addition, anyone can view the (personal) data of previous visitors by looking at the paperwork on the counter.

With our visitor registration software, the first impression is permanently positive. The visitor feels really welcome.

Pre-registration in house style

Set up a personalised visitor registration page in the organisation's house style. Easy to send by e-mail or show the page on a tablet or touch screen at the reception desk. A visitor simply fills in the necessary details for his visit in advance.

Anytime, anywhere insight into upcoming visits, prepare a visitor pass or send a mobile access card. A visitor does not have to go to the reception to register but feels immediately welcome.
